URBAN ULTIMATE RECALL COURSE DESCRIPTION

This 6 week course is ideal for dogs of any age and breed - provided they are not dog aggressive. Class sizes are small to allow for individual attention. This course is designed to you how to get your dog to come when called FIRST TIME, EVERY TIME! 

This course is for you if your dog ignores you when:

• Playing off-lead with other dogs
• Off-lead in parks, beaches, bushland etc
• Running away to meet other people or dogs
• Running after possums, cane toads, snakes, lizards etc
• Escaping out of your front yard or car
• You call them away from potentially dangerous situations
• When visitors arrive at your door
• When your dog barks at your fence-line and won't come away

During this course we will teach you how to get your dog to come to despite distractions such as:

• Other dogs
• People
• Bicycles/Joggers/Skateboards etc
• Cats/Possums/Cane Toads/Snakes etc

Your dog will learn how to respond to your recall command without thinking. Your dog will be conditioned to respond IMMEDIATELY!

This course will also prepare your dog for participation in off-leash dogs sports such as Agility, Flyball, Frisbee and Lure Coursing.

Note: "The state government has passed laws introducing the category of 'menacing' for regulated dogs. A dog may be declared ‘menacing’ if it displays menacing behaviour and causes fear for a person or animal." 

Make sure your dog comes when called!

PREREQUISITES

All dogs should be both dog and people friendly and have completed Urban Basics (or their equivalent with another training organisation, please call us to discuss).
