Pica is condition where dogs ingest non-food items. Commonly, dogs with pica may ingest things such as fabric, plastics, sticks, rubber, carpet and rocks. Dogs can become obsessive about eating non-food items and this is not normal and can become so intense that the dog disregards other activities.
